Air filter maintenance manual

1. The entire air filtration system is under negative pressure. Outside air will automatically enter the system, so except for the air filter inlet, all connections (pipes, flanges) are not allowed to have air leakage.

2. Before driving every day, check whether the air filter has a large amount of dust accumulation, clean it in time, and install it correctly.

3. When checking whether the air filter element is deformed or cannot be disassembled, please replace the air filter element under the guidance of maintenance personnel.

Good and bad filter tips

All filters are used to protect engine parts, clean up, and prolong the service life of the engine. From the surface of various filters and the length of time the filter is used, it is not correct to judge the quality of the filter. It is true to judge The quality of the filter must first consider the following aspects:

1. Quality of filter paper

Good quality filter paper and poor quality filter paper are almost the same on the surface, but the internal difference is very large. Only professional factory inspection equipment can make a significant difference. The quality of the filter paper is related to the efficiency of the filter, and good quality filter paper is filtered out. There are many impurities, iron and dust in the system. Inferior filter paper filters less impurities, iron, and dust, which can’t provide protection, and engine related parts are easy to wear.
