Technical requirements and applications of hydraulic oil filters

(1) The material of the hydraulic filter should have a certain mechanical strength to ensure that it will not be damaged by the action of hydraulic pressure under a certain working pressure.

(2) Under a certain working temperature, the performance should be kept stable; it should have sufficient durability.

(3) It has good anti-corrosion ability.

(4) The structure is as simple as possible and the size is compact.

(5) Easy to clean and maintain, easy to replace the filter element.

(6) Low cost. The working principle of the hydraulic filter: the working principle of the filter. The hydraulic oil enters the pipeline from the left to the filter. When the external filter is blocked, the pressure rises. When the opening pressure of the safety valve is reached, the oil enters the inner core through the safety valve, and then flows out from the outlet. The accuracy of the outer filter is higher than that of the inner filter, and the inner filter belongs to the coarse filter.

Practical application of hydraulic filter:

1. Metallurgy: It is used for the filtration of the hydraulic system of rolling mills and continuous casting machines and the filtration of various lubricating equipment.

2. Petrochemical: separation and recovery of products and intermediate products in the process of refining and chemical production, purification of liquids, magnetic tapes, optical discs, and films in the production process, and filtration of oil field injection well water and natural gas.

3. Textile industry: purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt during wire drawing, protective filtration of air compressors, degreasing and dehydration of compressed gas.

4. Electronics and Pharmaceuticals: Pretreatment and filtration of reverse osmosis and deionized water, pretreatment and filtration of detergents and glucose.

5. Thermal power, nuclear power: gas turbine, boiler lubrication system, speed control system, bypass control system oil purification, feed water pump, fan and dust removal system purification.
