The hydraulic oil filter element is mainly widely used in the oil filter in the hydraulic system, and is installed in the filter and oil filter of the hydraulic system. In the oil circuit of the hydraulic system, remove the metal powder worn by the components of the hydraulic system and impurities generated by other machinery, maintain the cleanliness of the oil circuit, thereby prolonging the service life of the hydraulic system; the low-pressure series filter element is also equipped with a bypass valve. When the filter element is not replaced in time, the bypass valve can be opened automatically to ensure the normal operation of the system.

The pollutant capacity refers to the capacity of pollutants. Filters trap contaminants, but do not remove them directly from the system. Contaminants can only remain in the filter element. The pollution capacity of the hydraulic oil filter element is equal to the product of the pollution capacity per unit area and the filter area, which is related to the pressure difference during the actual use and operation of the filter element. The strength is guaranteed by the stainless steel pleated filter element frame. A filter element with sufficient strength will not deform, damage or fall off during use. Fluid pressure strength refers to the maximum pressure drop of the fluid that can be withstood during operation, which is usually no greater than the internal leak test pressure. Axial load strength is the force that can withstand normal assembly and disassembly without deformation.

The stainless steel sintered mesh filter element has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical and physical properties, high filtration efficiency, convenient dust removal, and good regeneration effect. It is more and more widely used in high temperature dust removal. Each layer of mesh is staggered to form a uniform and ideal filter structure, which not only overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary meshes such as low strength, poor rigidity, and unstable mesh shape, but also reasonably matches and designs the pore size, permeability and strength characteristics of the material. It has excellent filtering accuracy, filtering impedance, mechanical strength and resistance. Compared with other types of filter materials such as sintered metal powder, ceramics, fibers, filter cloth, filter paper, etc., its comprehensive performance, heat resistance and processability are obviously superior, the filter element pressure difference alarm time is short, and the service life is shortened. When the filter element is under great force, a strong support should be added to the filter layer. When the ripple is too large, the filtering area becomes smaller, the flow rate is too large, and the filtering function is lost. Therefore, special attention should be paid to stress effects. The filter element belongs to the surface filter element, which mainly uses the micro-permeable structure formed on the surface of the filter material to block the particulate matter in the air.
