1. Clean the Cabin Air cleaner

1. Remove the wing bolts from the inspection window at the bottom left rear of the cab, and then take out the inner circulation air conditioner filter element.

2. Clean the air conditioner filter element with compressed air. If the air conditioner filter element is oily or dirty, flush it with neutral medium. After rinsing in water, allow to dry thoroughly before reuse.

The air conditioner filter element should be replaced with a new one every year. If the air conditioner filter element is blocked and cannot be cleaned with pressurized air or water, the air conditioner filter element should be replaced immediately.

The Cabin Air cleaner element must be installed in the correct orientation. When installing the A/C filter element, keep the protrusion facing the front of the machine.

2. Clean the external circulation air Cabin Air cleaner element

1. Open the cover on the left rear of the cab with the key of the start switch, then open the cover by hand, and remove the Cabin Air cleaner element inside the cover.

2. Clean the air conditioner filter element with compressed air. If the air conditioner filter element is oily or dirty, flush it with neutral medium. After rinsing in water, allow to dry thoroughly before reuse.

The Cabin Air cleaner element should be replaced with a new one every year. If the air conditioner filter element is blocked and cannot be cleaned with pressurized air or water, the air conditioner filter element should be replaced immediately.

3. After cleaning, put the air conditioner filter in its original position and close the cover. Use the key of the starter switch to lock the cover. Don’t forget to remove the key from the starter switch.

Note:

The external circulation Cabin Air cleaner element must also be installed in the correct direction. When installing, insert the long end of the Cabin Air cleaner element into the filter box first. If the short end is installed first, the cover cannot be closed.

NOTE: As a guide, the Cabin Air cleaner should be cleaned every 500 hours, but more frequently when using the machine in a dusty work site. If the Cabin Air cleaner element is clogged, the air volume will decrease and abnormal noise can be heard from the air conditioner unit. If compressed air is used, dust may fly up and cause serious personal injury. Be sure to use goggles, dust cover or other protective equipment.
