How to install the filter element of the pump truck
The filter element of the pump truck is used in various oil systems to filter out the solid impurities mixed in from the outside or generated internally during the operation of the system. In the process of using industrial-owned hydraulic oil, some impurities will be mixed in for various reasons.
The main impurities in the filter element of the pump truck are mechanical impurities, water and air, etc. These magazines will cause accelerated corrosion, increase mechanical wear, and reduce work efficiency. It is the deterioration of the oil product that reduces the service life of the equipment. In severe cases, oil circuit blockage will cause production accidents. . The filter element of the pump truck is used to protect specific components in the hydraulic system. It is installed upstream of the components to be protected in the medium pressure pipeline to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium, effectively control the pollution degree of the working medium, and make the components normal work.
The hydraulic oil filter element is mainly made of stainless steel woven mesh, sintered mesh, and iron woven mesh. Because the filter materials it uses are mainly glass fiber filter paper, chemical fiber filter paper, and wood pulp filter paper, it has high concentricity and durability. High pressure, good straightness, stainless steel material, without any burrs, to ensure long service life, its structure is made of single-layer or multi-layer metal mesh and filter material. 1. After working the hydraulic system to the normal working temperature, turn off the remote control, hydraulic pump, engine, and open the unloading ball valve.
2. Open the hydraulic oil tank drain ball valve at the bottom of the tank
Drain the hydraulic oil, unscrew the main oil pump exhaust port plug, and drain the old oil in the system.
3. Clean up the hydraulic oil filling port and the side cover of the fuel tank.
4. Open all the cleaning ports of the fuel tank, and use the prepared dough to clean the impurities in the tank.
5. Disassemble the filters (two), take out the filter element, and clean the inside of the filter seat
6. Install the new filter element on the filter seat, fill the oil cup with hydraulic oil, and then screw the oil cup on; install the main oil pump drain plug; cover the side cover of the fuel tank!
