How to install the filter element of the pump truck

The filter element of the pump truck is used to protect specific components in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil filter element is mainly made of stainless steel woven mesh, sintered mesh, and iron woven mesh. 1. After working the hydraulic system to the normal working temperature, turn off the remote control, hydraulic pump, engine, and open the unloading ball valve.
2. Open the hydraulic oil tank drain ball valve at the bottom of the tank
Drain the hydraulic oil, unscrew the main oil pump exhaust port plug, and drain the old oil in the system.
3. Clean up the hydraulic oil filling port and the side cover of the fuel tank.
4. Open all the cleaning ports of the fuel tank, and use the prepared dough to clean the impurities in the tank.
5. Disassemble the filters (two), take out the filter element, and clean the inside of the filter seat
6. Install the new filter element on the filter seat, fill the oil cup with hydraulic oil, and then screw the oil cup on; install the main oil pump drain plug; cover the side cover of the fuel tank!
