Inner Air Filter Factory – SK-1113A – Qiangsheng Detail:
Characteristics and functions of heavy truck filter elements
For the engine to work properly, there must be enough clean air to breathe. If the air harmful to engine materials (dust, colloid, alumina, acidified iron, etc.) is inhaled, the burden on the cylinder and piston assembly will increase, resulting in abnormal wear of the cylinder and piston assembly, and even into the engine oil, More extensive wear, resulting in deterioration of engine performance and shortened engine life. The heavy-duty filter element can prevent engine wear, and the car air filter element also has a noise reduction function.
1. The service life of the car is greatly shortened, and there will be insufficient fuel supply capacity – the power continues to decline, black smoke, difficulty in starting or the cylinder is bitten, which will affect the safety of your driving information.
2. Although the price of accessories is low, the later maintenance cost is high.
The function of using a heavy-duty filter element is to filter out the debris during the production and transportation development of fuel, and prevent the fuel management system from corroding the environment and destroying the environment. Using an air filter element is equivalent to a human nose, and it is the first way for the air to directly enter the engine.” Level”, its function is to filter out the sand problem in the air and for some suspended particles, to ensure the normal operation of the engine. The function of the heavy-duty filter element is to prevent the metal particles generated when the engine is running at high speed and the dust and sand in the process of adding engine oil, so as to ensure that the entire lubrication system is purified, reduce the wear of components, and prolong the service life of the engine.
What are the characteristics of heavy truck filter?
1. High precision filtration technology: filter out all the particles with greater influence (>1-2um)
2. High efficiency of filtration technology: reduce the number of particulate cells passing through the filter
3. Prevent the early wear of the engine. Prevent damage to the air flow meter
4. Low differential pressure to ensure the best air-fuel ratio for the car engine. Reduce the loss of information filtering system
5. Large filter area, large amount of ash, long service life and lower operating costs
