Maintenance and maintenance of Kobelco excavator filter elements
1. 3. When cleaning the inside of the cooling system, after the engine is fully cooled, slowly loosen the water injection port cover to release the internal pressure of the water tank, and then water can be discharged; do not clean the engine while the engine is working, the high-speed rotating fan will cause danger; when cleaning or When replacing the coolant, the machine should be parked on a level surface; the coolant and corrosion inhibitor should be replaced according to the table.
Precautions for installing filter elements in Kobelco excavators
1. Before installation, check whether the filter element is damaged and whether the O-ring is in good condition.
2. When installing the filter element, keep your hands clean, or wear clean gloves.
3. Before installation, apply Vaseline on the outside of the O-ring to facilitate installation.
4. When installing the filter element, do not remove the packaging plastic bag. Pull the plastic bag backwards. After the upper head is leaked out, hold the lower head of the filter element with the left hand and the filter element body with the right hand, and put the filter element into the filter element seat of the tray. , press down firmly, remove the plastic bag after installation.
Kobelco excavator air conditioner filter element should be replaced every 1000 hours or 5 months of operation. If the air filter is clogged, the air intake will be reduced and the cooling/heating capacity will be reduced. Therefore, it should be cleaned or replaced regularly (some brands of air conditioner filters are located at the bottom of the rear of the cab).
Use clean, dry compressed air with a maximum pressure of 5 BAR for compressed air. Do not bring the nozzle closer to 3 – 5 cm. Blow the filter clean from the inside along the pleats.
