OEM High Quality Clean Car Air Filter Factories – SK-1211AB – Qiangsheng Detail:
How much do you know about the dangers of poor quality filters？
The main function of the air conditioner filter is to filter out various particles and toxic gases in the air passing through the air conditioner ventilation system. Speaking of images, it’s like the “lungs” that the car breathes, delivering air to the car. If you use a poor quality air conditioner filter, it is equivalent to installing a bad “lung”, which cannot effectively remove toxic gases from the air, and is easy to mold and breed bacteria. Health can have adverse effects.
●Bad quality air conditioner filters can make people in the car sick
The main function of the air conditioner filter is to filter out various particles and toxic gases in the air passing through the air conditioning ventilation system.
Generally speaking, the air conditioner filter is replaced every 5000-10000 kilometers, and it is replaced once in summer and winter. If the dust in the air is large, the replacement cycle can be shortened appropriately.
●Inferior quality oil filter will cause serious engine wear
The function of the oil filter is to filter out the harmful impurities in the oil from the oil pan and provide clean oil to the crankshaft, connecting rod, camshaft, supercharger, piston rings and other moving parts for lubrication, cooling, cleaning effect, thereby extending the life of these parts. If you choose a poor quality oil filter, impurities in the oil will enter the engine compartment, and the engine will eventually wear out badly, requiring a return to the factory for an overhaul.
●Inferior air filters can increase fuel consumption and reduce vehicle power
There are various foreign objects in the atmosphere, such as leaves, dust, sand, etc. If these foreign objects enter the engine combustion chamber, it will increase the wear of the engine, thereby reducing the service life of the engine. An air filter is an automotive component that filters the air entering the combustion chamber. If you choose an inferior air filter, the intake resistance will increase and the engine power will decrease. Or increase fuel consumption, and it is easy to produce carbon deposits.
●Poor fuel filter quality will cause the vehicle to fail to start
The role of the fuel filter is to remove solid impurities such as iron oxides and dust contained in the fuel to prevent clogging of the fuel system (especially the fuel nozzles). If a poor quality fuel filter is used, the impurities in the fuel will not be effectively filtered out, which will cause the fuel line to block and the vehicle will not start due to insufficient fuel pressure.
