Pump truck filter assembly maintenance:
1. Under normal circumstances, the main filter element should be maintained every 120-150 hours of work (8000-10000 kilometers of driving) or when the maintenance indicator shows a signal. In areas with poor roads or large sandstorms, the maintenance period should be shortened appropriately.
2. The maintenance method of the main filter element, gently take out the main filter element, (no dust should fall on the safety filter element), use compressed air to blow off the dust from all parts from the inside to the outside. (It is strictly forbidden to knock, collide or wash with water with heavy objects)
3. The safety filter element does not need maintenance. After the main filter element is maintained for five times, the main filter element and the safety filter element should be replaced in time.
4. If the main filter element is found damaged during maintenance, the main filter element and the safety filter element should be replaced at the same time.
