    1 Look at the filter material: the surface of the filter material of the inferior filter element is yellow, the depth is different, the shock resistance and pressure resistance performance is poor, and the service life is short; the filter material used by Juli is glass fiber, which is an advanced composite material. Good pressure performance, long service life, working hours up to 500 hours.

    2 From the perspective of the looseness between the filter material and the filter material, the inferior filter element is not compact, and the good filter material is compact and uniform.

    3 From the process point of view, the protective cover of the inferior filter element is only 0.5 mm, and the protective cover of the good filter element is 1.5 mm. After intuitive experience, the on-site users found that the inferior filter element is only 1.8 kg, while the good filter element has 3.5 kg, and the weight is twice that of the inferior filter element.

    Experimental method to identify the quality of hydraulic oil filter element

    In order to have a deeper understanding of the difference between the hydraulic system filter element and the inferior filter element in use, put the two filter elements into the water tank to pressurize, make the filter element rotate, and observe the filtration of the two filter elements under the same working conditions. After a period of rotation, there are obvious differences between the two filter elements: a large number of air bubbles appear on the surface of the inferior filter element, and the size of the bubbles is inconsistent and the distribution is uneven, while the air bubbles on the good filter element are uniform and very small.

    Such a simple experiment illustrates two problems:

    1. Sealing, the inferior filter element is sealed with viscose, the bonding is not firm, the sealing is poor, and it is easy to produce uneven air bubbles; the filter element of the hydraulic system with good quality adopts professional viscose, which is tight.

    2. Filterability, the inferior filter element has many and large air bubbles, which does not have the effect of filtering. The good quality oil cylinder filter element has few and small bubbles, indicating that most impurities can be filtered out, and the degree of filtration is very high. According to statistics, more than 50% of the wear of hydraulic pumps and gear pumps, and the strain of oil pumps, are caused by customers accidentally purchasing inferior filter elements.

    When the configuration of power components and control components is basically determined, refer to the filter element sample, and select the hydraulic system filter element according to the working conditions of the hydraulic system, sensitivity to oil, working pressure, load characteristics and environmental conditions.
