About the maintenance and precautions of the flat vulcanizer:

1. Within the first week of the machine being put into production, the nut of the column shaft should be tightened frequently.

2. There should be no stolen goods in the working oil. It is recommended to use N32# or N46# hydraulic oil. The vulcanizer should be used for 3-4 months. The working oil should be extracted and filtered before reuse. The oil update cycle is one year. When renewing the hydraulic oil, the inside of the oil tank should be cleaned.

3. When the vulcanizer is in use, the hydraulic working pressure is not allowed to exceed the specified maximum working pressure to avoid damage to the machine parts.
